I fully stand by the product range. However sometimes mistakes happen whether it’s at manufacture or in sizing. If you have any sort if problem or issue with our products, please always feel free to contact us in the first instance so we can help
Below is our standard policy.
We accept returns up to 30 days from date of purchase.
All returned product will need a proof of purchase receipt.
Items cannot be returned if worn (except for the purpose of trying on), washed damaged or altered
For Hygiene purposes underwear, socks can not be returned if the packaging has been opened.
In the case of bib shorts / tri suits (our Do Suit) and or any bottoms – Trinc Clothing retains the right to void a refund if the product is in a soiled condition. If you are usure of the size, please wear underwear when trying on the garment.
If for some reason your product arrives and is faulty then please return it to us and we will replace it. We do need to have the garment returned before any replacement is sent as we need to assess the product
I understand that sometimes with online shopping that you may order the incorrect size. Please complete the returns form and just return the item including the completed returns form to us with a request for the correct size and we are happy to send you the correct size. Please be aware that the item needs to be returned in a new condition so no going out for a four-hour ride and then sending it back to us.
If you ordered two of one product in different sizes to ensure the correct size, please return the unwanted garment to us for a refund. Our normal returns policy applies to this situation so please ensure that the item is in unused condition. Trinc Clothing retains the right to void a refund if the product is in used condition as stated in this policy
If you are purchasing bib shorts/ tri suits (our Do Suit) and any bottoms, again please wear underwear when trying on the garment – Trinc Clothing retains the right to void a refund if product is in a soiled condition
If you are returning an item to us, you are responsible for postage. Trinc Clothing is not responsible for returns lost in the post, so please send your item via a tracked service.
If we are sending you a replacement garment, we are happy to cover that cost once the item has been received in as new condition.
Samples, Clearance, and Non-Refundable Items:
Certain items will have a non-refundable condition of sale and these items will be clearly marked at point of sale so please choose carefully.
Please remember to include a printed copy of the returns form in the package with any product you are returning.
