Amendments

These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without notice. Every transaction is governed by the terms and conditions in place at the time of the transaction.

Registration

When you register your details online, you are required to make sure that this information is accurate, current and a true representation of your personal details. You are also responsible for maintaining your personal information via your online account as well as for keeping your password secret.

Ordering

Orders on the site are subject to stock availability. Items added to your basket on the site will not be reserved for you, and are available for sale to other customers browsing the online store at the same time

You must check your order carefully prior to submitting your order with us. Once you submit your order and receive your order confirmation, your order cannot be cancelled or amended. If you wish to return your order, please refer to the Returns Policy.

When you place an order at the end of the check-out process, we will send you an acknowledgement email confirming receipt of your order. This email is an order acknowledgement and does not mean that we accept your order. We may reject your order if the goods are out of stock or unavailable, we cannot authorise your payment, or there has been a mistake on the pricing or description of the goods. If the goods ordered are not available, you will be notified by e-mail and you will receive a refund.

A contract between us for the purchase of the goods will be formed when your payment has been approved, the prices have been verified, and the order has been processed and dispatched. A second email will be sent confirming these arrangements and you will not have ownership of the goods until they have been dispatched.

Incorrect or Insufficient Address Details

Trinc Clothing takes no responsibility for orders shipped to an incorrect or invalid address and is not liable for any loss associated. In the event that a parcel is RTS (returned to sender) we will notify you by email and refund your order and return the items to stock.

Payment

Payment can be made via our secure checkout page.

When placing an order, you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit card or PayPal account used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorised or illegal transaction is suspected.

All prices are in New Zealand Dollars and are G.S.T (Goods & Services Tax) inclusive for deliveries within New Zealand. Shipments to countries outside of New Zealand may be subject to import duties and taxes imposed by your country.

Delivery

The delivery times provided by Trinc Clothing are estimates only as provided by our shippers. Trinc Clothing will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries. All products purchased from the Trinc Clothing Website are transported and delivered to you by an independent carrier not affiliated with, or controlled by Trinc Clothing. Title to products purchased on the website, as well as risk of loss for such products, pass to you when the items are delivered by the carrier.

Acceptance of Goods by Buyer

The buyer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault or error and notifying us within 7 working days of receiving the goods should there be a problem.

Duties and Tax

There may be duties and taxes added to your package by the destination country. You will be responsible for these upon delivery. These are not included in your order total.

Errors

Whilst we try to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this website are accurate the website may contain typographical errors or other errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We do our best to provide the best images and descriptions, but unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that colours and details in the images on the website are 100% accurate. Small differences may occur due to Internet browsers or monitors used. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse to fulfil any orders that you may place based on information on the website that may contain errors or inaccuracies, including, without limitation, errors, inaccuracies or out-of-date information regarding pricing, shipping, payment terms, or return policies.

Trinc Clothing owns or licences all the intellectual property rights (including all copyrights, patents, trademarks and trade secrets) in connection with and in all versions of the website and our products, the software we use to operate the website and services and any data (including data obtained from you during the registration process) generated by users of the website and services.
